Kelly’s “why” is to educate, inspire, mentor, and transform the lives of others with her own personal story and life experience of overcoming addiction and addictive behaviors and the steps that were necessary to sustain Maximum Resilience! Kelly shares her vast knowledge of overcoming alcoholism, addiction, depression, anxiety, co-dependency, PTSD, perfectionism, ruminating negative thought patterns, loss of career and “identity”, shame, guilt… and rebuilding your life from the bottom up starting with your belief system and your core values! This life experience combined with a dual Masters Degree in Psychology and a Certified Master Life Coach Certification, Kelly takes you from surviving to thriving with an enthusiastic yet empathetic and humble approach!
